It's not all bad, but it's not all good
Located in a quiet area yet close enough to attractions, I appreciated the kind 24/7 staff, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
The absence of kitchen facilities felt limiting, and I faced frequent issues with my room's key card, causing unnecessary stress.

I liked that I got a reply from the staff acknowledging my email as I was going to be a late check in and wanted them to know, and there was someone there late at night to check as in. Very friendly service.

proximity to the beach
proximity to nightclub and sound of revellers at 3.00 - 4.00 am. Attitudeof staff when I complained about the central heating and lack of air conditioning at the time of my stay. Poor breakfast selection.

Inconsistent door card functionality!!! Unpleasant odors within the rooms!!! Basic room facilities lacking essential items!!! Weak air conditioning performance struggling to cope with heat!!! Noise disturbances from outside are notably annoying!!!

Great location, breakfast was quite good. Free wifi seemed to work ok on 3rd floor. Good shower
Bed too hard but that is Spanish thing. Decor in room a bit dated

A great stay near the beach
The hotel's location is convenient, being just a short walk from both the beach and a variety of restaurants. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
The walls were quite thin, leading to noise disturbances during the night. There was no breakfast offered on-site, which could be limiting for those who enjoy starting their mornings with a meal at the hotel.

Great position in a vibrant town. Facilities basic but clean and adequate.
There wasn't a bar fridge or jug to make a cup of tea in the room.

What a disaster this place was. I mean, the walls were paper thin, with neighbors clearly saying all the right words during their midnight rendezvous. And to top it off, I asked for a kettle and was met with blank stares. I almost considered a good review, but then realized, nope, just couldn't do it.

We had low expectations because the price was excellent. It turned out to be a great value, nice space. We had a beautiful balcony and the staff was super friendly.
We are non-smokers but the room had obviously been smoked in but still was very clean and comfy. This is the only gripe we had at all.
